PARKING & DROP-OFF PROCEDURE

To keep traffic flowing smoothly, please enter parking lot on the south side of the building, next to State Farm, and then pull around and exit on the north side.

Please do not stop or park by the doors or block the driveway at any time. We ask that you please watch carefully for children entering and exiting the building as their safety is our main concern.

WAITING AREA

Students must always enter and wait in the waiting area before class, regardless of which room their class is in. Teachers will come to the waiting area and lead students as a group to the dance room when it is time for their class to begin.

STUDIO INFORMATION

Our studio is equipped with an EFS sprung floor with shock absorption to prevent injury and enhance performance.

Each dance room is equipped with a closed circuit camera, enabling parents to view their child's progress during class from the waiting area.

CLASS PLACEMENT

We are dedicated to your child getting the most possible out of the class that they are enrolled in. We are always watching to make sure each student is participating, learning, and enjoying their class. If at any time during the dance season your child feels like she is not being challenged enough or is feeling overwhelmed, please contact us to discuss switching her to a different class if possible.

HOLIDAY & VACATION DAYS

We follow the Enid Public Schools schedule for major holiday and vacation days. Therefore we will not have class during Fall Break, Thanksgiving Break, Christmas Break, or Spring Break. However, we will still have class on all other professional and workdays. If school is cancelled due to weather, our classes will be cancelled also. Credit will not be given for classes missed.

HYPE DANCE RECITAL

Each class will perform at our annual recital on Saturday, May 11th, 2024. In addition to tuition, a recital costume payment of approximately $60 will be due in January for each class your child is enrolled in.
